Are You Scared Yet? Big Sis To Beam Terror Warnings To Your iPhone
"The Department of Homeland Security is beefing up its terror alert warning system in a move that will see terror alerts, whether real or phony, issued via the mainstream media and directly to your phone or computer over social networking sites, and even via Emergency Alert broadcasts."We all remember how much of a joke the color-coded system was and how much it was ignored by most of the population. Now DHS, under Janet Napolitano, have come out the a way to keep the fear-mongering going in a more 'technologically up-to-date' and viral way. Liberals across the nation will be on their highest alert of paranoia getting alerts about boogeymen and the occasional "report to your nearest safe zone" alert.
Given the history of those in the Obama administration there is no doubt that this will be less about giving credible terror alerts and more about political agendas. What a better way to reign in more consolidated (mainly white liberal) minds in places like, maybe NYC by playing off their intolerances and having them fear "roving gangs of tea partiers" holding gatherings. Or how about "Christian extremists" reading Bibles out in public? Maybe even warnings about children illegal selling lemonade at their lemonade stands! Oh the horror!
What a way to promote peace amongst Americans by making them paranoid enough to spy on each other! How long until everything every American does is considered suspicious behavior?
